Warranty Conditions
General Information on Warranty Conditions provided by COMPLET SK, spol. s r.o.
The standard warranty for the office machines is granted in the scope and on the conditions given in the Warranty Certificate supplied with each machine. The warranty conditions must be set by the warrantor at least to the standard required by the relevant valid provisions of Commercial Code or Civil Code, according to the type of the product. In claiming warranty it is necessary to submit the receipt and the Warranty Certificate properly filled in and affirmed by the seller. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
Standard Warranty for Binding Systems
- The warranty is granted for the period of 24 months from the day the device was put into operation.
- The warranty covers free repairs of faults caused by a defect of the device during the warranty period.
- If a fault caused by a defect of the device is beyond repair the customer is entitled to free replacement of the device.
- The warrantor warrants the extension of the warranty period by the time the customer was not able to use the device because of the warranty repair.
- The warranty does not cover faults caused by using the device in sharp contradiction with the user manual.
Extended Warranty Period
The warranty period may be extended up to 48 months on the basis of an individual warranty contract. More information may be available in an actual business negotiation.
